Basically- we do not believe in selling garbage pins! Shipping- if purchased by 1 pm, most items are usually shipped on the date of purchase. However, to set a reasonable expectation and in an effort to give you the best service possible, we ask that you allow up to 3 days, once payment has processed, for shipping time. This provides the much needed time to ensure accuracy on our part. We are happy to provide combined shipping if a guest is purchasing multiple items. All you need to do is hit that “commit to buy button” then after that, click on “contact seller” and send us a message requesting combined shipping. We will immediately send you an invoice with the combined shipping costs. Card stock pin backing may show minor visible signs of wear such as, but not limited too, minor bending of corners and creases. We are committed to our guests and strive to make you happy, if for any reason we fail to achieve your standards please let us know immediately! If our guests are not happy, we’re not happy and someone’s getting fired! Unfortunately, we no longer accept returns. We have experienced several episodes of dishonesty where a guest would purchase one of our pins, request a return, and ship back a scrapper pin or a different pin altogether than the pin they actually purchased,. Why would they do that you may ask? Simply put- in an effort to obtain a more expensive or an authentic parks pin.
